A Few of My Favorite Things.....

~Coffee & quaint coffee shops, Europe, dresses, anything with a damask pattern, scarves, chocolate, jewelry, heels, sushi, my hubby's kisses, horses, amazing architecture, beads, photography, vintage charm, Summer, hats, my camera, and...... PURSES!!!

    Ok, so these are just a "few" of my favorite things, in no particular order....none of the truly important things in life are on it, yes I realize that. :-)  However, I said all this to say that I really love purses!  Due to this love (or addiction, as my husband will tell you) I've decided to introduce some FABULOUS Designer **REPLICA** Handbags!   Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Chloe', Coach......to name a few!  You can get the "look" without the pick-yourself-up-off-the-floor-extremely- high- price! 

  Have you ever thought about the fact that you can accessorize your wardrobe with pieces of "art"?  With fun jewelry, amazing shoes, or unique handbags,  you can do just that!  I LOVE having jewelry parties, and am enjoying adding purses to the mix!  Jewelry/Purse parties -what woman wouldn't love coming to one of THOSE parties?? ;-) I enjoy getting to meet new people, and getting to show my jewelry (and purses) in person!  However, I know that this isn't possible for everyone.  Due to this reason, I will be selling these purses right here on my blog as well -payment via Paypal.  Email me at LaurenEliseDesigns@rocketmail.com  if you're interested!  I only have a few in stock right now (some not shown).  Grab one of these gorgeous purses (and jewelry while you're at it) to add some pizazz to your Spring/Summer wardrobe!  ;-)

Happy Spring!!

  Hello Everyone! 
      
       Happy Spring!!  Ok, so I know that Spring is technically NOT here until the 21st, but when North Dakota is getting RAIN instead of SNOW and ABOVE freezing temps, it calls for a celebration!!  The 21st marks the first day of Spring, and I will be having another jewelry party on the 26th!!  I'm looking forward to bringing out some of my new *SPRING Collection* and then....if I don't sell everything....putting it online!  ;-D   I believe we're all ready for the birds to fly home, delicate buds to bloom, and the gentle smells of the earth being awoken again after a long, cold Winter.  I can't wait for the grass to appear, to bask in the warmth of the Sun and to enjoy the new season!  Ecclesiastes 3:1 "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven"
       Also, a special thanks to everyone for entering my two giveaways I've had over the past couple of months!  I appreciate all the positive feedback and encouraging words!  Congrats to the winners - I truly hope you LOVE your jewelry!

~ Happy Valentine's Day!!! ~

     Happy Valentine's Day!  Roses, chocolate, BIG red hearts: these are all the signs that this lovey dovey holiday is here! I, for one am a hopeless romantic and adore the fact that we have an entire day devoted to "romance and love". I realize that just like any other holiday, the commercialism and extravagance that this day entails can be a bit much......however, how can you NOT love Valentine's Day? I mean, I will GLADLY use any excuse to spoil my man!  Vday shouldn't be anything extraordinary but a day just like any other day, a day that we seek to do something special for our loved ones.  It's so important to remember to treat each other with the same love and respect each all throughout the year!! 
      I appreciate the fact that my husband chooses to cherish me in such a way that Valentine's Day really is no different, for he makes sure to show me his love on a daily basis!  You never know how much time that you have with the ones you love, and it's crucial to treat each day as if it were your last.  We often hear that cliche' but when you take time to truly think about it, I think we would all act vastly different if we knew today was our last with our family.  We need to treat every moment like Valentine's Day in the sense that loving each other should be at the forefront. Take the time each and every day to let your loved ones know that you care!
     With that said, have a wonderfully romantic holiday with your family!!  Create those heart shaped pancakes, exchange those valentine's, savor the aroma of those ruby red roses and indulge yourself in those delicious dark chocolates wrapped beautifully just for you.  At the end of the day, determine to treat each other just as loving tomorrow morning and....every day of the year.

Happy 2010 to you all!!!!

                                                                                 

Happy New Year to you all!!!!  I can't believe almost a month has passed since I've blogged.  The weeks have flown by!!  I hope this New Year has proven to be a good one already for everybody, I know it has for me!!!  To begin the New Year, my sweet husband surprised me with a little bundle of joy that we pick up on the 20th of January.  "Lola", as I've affectionately named her, will become our newest addition to the family!  I'm still in shock over this recent gift of mine and am over the moon excited!!  I will post more pictures as soon as I have her but until then, will give you a sneak peak.  I know this has nothing to do with jewelry, but I just had to share!! ;-)  I know, I really should be working on my jewelry and adding more pictures for all to see....but I couldn't resist introducing you to our adorable little "Lola".  I love her already!!! 
    Well, now that I've officially made my first post of 2010 -I'm off to continue working on getting my Etsy shop up and running!!  Lots of exciting things just around the corner!   Thanks everyone for your support and wonderful feedback!  I appreciate it all and am looking forward to another year of introducing fabulous jewelry designs to you!!
